+ Mike Cranfield

Mike has 19 years’ experience in the insurance and credit card industry. Experienced in new product development, portfolio management, market development, partner management, product strategy and insurance reengineering. Most recently managed the travel, health and life portfolios as well as the insurance and assistance benefits for premium cards for American Express across all of their 28 international markets.

+ Dominic Persad

Dominic has 22 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry. An accountant by profession. He started his career working in practice - in auditing and taxation, then joined AXA Assistance Group where he gained experience in finance, risk management, underwriting and general management. Instrumental in the setting up of a dedicated global travel insurance business unit to support the AXA Group.

+ Shailendre Woodhoo

After 10 years in the Hospitality Industry in Mauritius, Shailendre embarked in the Insurance and Credit Card Industry working for blue chip companies such as Mondial Assistance and AXA. Shai now heads up Linkham operations from Mauritius as the hub for the Indian Ocean and Africa region. Shai also has in depth experience of the Card and Assistance market in the Region as well as Travel Insurance, Health Insurance and Third Party Administration. Shai obtained his MBA in 2002,

Richard has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry and has an in depth understanding of all operational aspects related to insurance as a result of his early career in Insurance. Richard also managed a number of key International accounts for AXA Travel Insurance, including one of the worlds largest airlines, card payment schemes, major banks and financial institutions.
